Sweet Temptation: BIZU's Macarons de Paris (05.25.11)

After our dinner at the Kitchen, Tracy and Deah asked for a walk while we continue to share our insights and our latest experiences. We were looking for a place to stay when we passed by Bizu. It was about to close but I was curious with it's nice and inviting aura behind its glass walls.
Bizu is a Parisian inspired Patisserie offering the finest French pastries and breads here in the Philippines. The name was coined from the French word "Bisous" which means kiss, an act which shows gratitude, excitement,  happiness, love and affection.
Everything at Bizu looks classy and delicious but what caught my attention most are the little macarons at the end in varying colors. The Macaron de Paris are round pastel-colored pastries with crushed almonds and luxurious creme ganache flavors that burst in your mouth. I only bought 5 pieces for me to give it to someone but it ended up being eaten by mom when she went to my place after I fell the following day.

These Macarons de Paris are now available in 11 tempting flavors: Blueberry, Butterscotch, Chocolate Mint, Coffee, Raspberry, Rose, Chocolate, Lemon, Mango, Pistachio, and Vanilla

The Macarons costs:

Per piece   P45
Box of 8     P355
Box of 14   P615
Box of 28   P1,175

Bizu Patisserie and Bistro is now open @ Greenbelt 2
G/F Greenbelt 2, Parkside, Ayala Center, Makati City
Tel. No.: 757-BIZU • 757-47-49
