Sunday Night with my Family @ Tempura Japanese Grill

The first Sunday of July was my busiest one so far. I fixed all the necessary permits needed by the store, made some reports and went to the promo cascade at Manila Mall 092. I was horrified by the sudden fall of hard rain. I did not bring any umbrella with me that time so It seemed like I just came from a swimming pool... I went home to Pampanga afterwards and met my family at SM City Pampanga. They were buying clothes that time and I am convincing them to eat because I was starving.
We were supposed to dine at David's Tea House but the waiter said that they were about to close and they are not accepting customers already. We walked to building 4 and we passed by Tempura Japanese Grill and daddy decided to eat there.
The waitress happily welcomed us and she listed down our orders. She kept on offering us different beverages but afterwards she told us that our order is not available for three times. Our dinner was serve on time, but we were supposed to have additional orders but the waitress told us that they already closed their ordering system so we were left having foods that left us GUTOM!

Everything was okay from food to costs. We ordered the house favorites and those that we like from our last visit.
Here is a favorite of my sister
Pork Tonkatsu with Apple Cedar sauce,, this is one of my personal favorites.
Tori Teriyaki
Ebi Tempura for everyone! This is my brother's favorite especially when dipped into vinegar... hahaha
Baby Back Ribs Teriyaki
This is my favorite! The taste is good and very satisfying.. But I guess I was craving for a bigger packaging.

I was just pissed by the waitress that night. We were so hungry but the waitress list down our orders already and in no time they served us our choices. We were supposed to have additional orders but they told us that it can't be done anymore. I told her in a respectful way that next time she should advise the customers if they will close their ordering system for last orders like the way they do in other restaurants. She seemed apologetic so I said it's just okay. I can't stand making a lady cry in front of many. We still felt starving after consuming all of those, probably because we were expecting more.

Dinner @ The Kitchen with Tracy and Andrea (05.25.11)

Since Tracy will be leaving the Metro that coming weekend, Deah who just came to Manila from all her commitments in Batangas planned a small dinner-out for the three of us.First, the plan was at Trinoma then I requested for us to meet at Greenbelt, then they agreed. We met at GB3 and since the two of them waited for me, they were really hungry that time. We directly headed The Kitchen besides Seattle's Best.
It's not my first time to go to Kitchen, but every time I go there, the place is always filled especially with young professionals. The venue is very warm and accommodating to it's customers. They have very good services because the waiters are fast and efficient.

While waiting for our orders, we decided to take our pictures since it will be long before our next meet-up.
I suddenly missed our fun times when we are in college.
Our fruit shakes were the one served first. I just love the way my four season fruit shake is. I enjoyed the smooth crushed ice melting inside my mouth.
I ordered WHITE BAY PASTA, it's a creamy pasta with mushrooms and is served with a toasted bread. It's no wonder that this one is among the Kitchen's must try in their menu.
Andrea's choice is another worth trying dish. She had SALMON SAYS.It's salmon head cooked in misu garnished with fresh vegetables. I love the way the salmon tastes. It's full of flavor, so juicy and has a very unique taste.
Tracy had this sinigang-type of dish with a big fish part. I love the hotness of its "sabaw".
We also had a free dessert called GOING BANANAS. It's a banana-filled pie on a crushed graham crust with butterscotch
ALIW is the word that I will always use for the house water of Kitchen:)
It looks cool but the taste made me think that I am drinking green tea.
I will surely miss my superfriends
Tracy will go back to Roxas
Andrea will soon be busy with her 2nd year at UST Med
as for me, I am always busy... but I do find ways to revive my social life:))

Dinner @ Tempura Japanese Grill with my family (05.22.11)

It's a usual Sunday night. It's my rest day the following day so I went home to Pampanga. My family waited for me at SM Pampanga. They bought some supplies needed at home to burn time. Good thing there was no traffic that time. Mom was starving already when I arrived. She asked me where do I want to eat and gave several choices. Since I haven't tried eating at Tempura, I chose to dine there.
Tempura  Japanese Grill is commonly seen all over the country's cities. I am not a fan of Japanese cuisine but there is something about Tempura which I find interesting.
I love the simple yet elegant interior of Tempura in Pampanga.
Cris (my dearest sister) is the one who ordered all the food since I was busy talking to mommy. I let her do the job since I know that we almost had the same list of to eat and not to eat:)

Of course we had the very common California Maki. What I like about this is that it's not too sour unlike those which I had at a famous fast food.
This is a free dish from Dad's bucket of San Mig Lights:) It's like pork strips with mushrooms
I think this is Tori Teriyaki
We also ordered two sets of 8piece Ebi Tempura:)) yumyum
I love this dish, very powerful and the taste is a big wow!
Pork Tonkatsu
Another favorite is this. I actually forgot the name of this
Of course it won't be complete without our favorite four seasons fruit shake.
This is my family. Mom and Dad at the extreme right while Cris is on the leftmost portion. I sat between my two cousins while the one standing is Jethroe, a friend of the family.
Oh well, actually the main reason why they went to SM is that they bought Smeagle some clothes.
Here are some of his clothes

I am happy with how they fit with Smeagle's body., but nothing will compare to the happiness brought by a simple meal with the one you love.
